If you're from Germany you dont need a proxy! (lucky you! :D)
The rest, you have to go to a german proxy, such as:
http://4proxy.de/
then, in the url box copy and paste this:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=361
log in!
Then, at the same url box, copy and paste this :
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=361
